Electronic Submission of contributions

• Opening submission system: 20.10.2021
• Deadline for abstract submission: 29.04.2022
• Communication of acceptance: 5.05.2022

Please read carefully through the following instructions before submitting your contribution. Required elements are a title, an extended abstract (i.e., short abstract and up to 4 pages describing the contribution) and the list of co-authors with affiliation.

We further ask you to use the following LaTeX template and the Logo MetmaX figure for generating a pdf file of your submission.

Once you will have filled the submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a code and then you will be able to upload your files by clicking on a link contained in this email. Then you can upload, the pdf, tex and figures files via a zip file.

Proceedings

All submitted and accepted extended abstracts will be published in a Proceedings book with ISBN that will be ready at the time of the workshop.

There will be a special issue in a leading journal where all oral and poster contributions can participate, of course under a usual reviewing process.
