Welcome

The purpose of this conference is to promote the development and application of spatial, temporal, and mainly spatio-temporal statistical methods to different fields related to the environment. The general aim is to bring together practitioners and researchers of different areas and countries all over the world. Cross-disciplinary actions to solve environmental problems are very welcome. The scientific program features sessions covering topics on the latest advancements in theory, methods and applications. Contributed papers and posters are welcome.

This international workshop is the tenth on the topic of Spatio-Temporal Modelling which is being held every two years since the last nineteen years.

Both the workshop participation and the scientific quality of the contributions have grown substantially since the first one. The present edition METMA X travels back to Spain, to the beautiful city of Lleida.

All submitted and accepted extended abstracts will be published in a Proceedings book with ISBN that will be ready at the time of the workshop.
There will be a special issue in a leading journal where all oral and poster contributions can participate, of course under a usual reviewing process.
